COCKTAIL CLASSIC

Celebrating the craft of the cocktail from New London to Watch Hill,
in benefit of the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center.

We're switching it up this year! We're zeroing in on our local community, exploring the plethora of bar talent all around us.

Each of our nominated restaurants has created a special Veritable Cocktail Classic Recipe that will be available only from October 9th to October 23rd - your job is to visit, try & vote.

The Cocktail Hunt culminates in two special meals followed by the Cocktail Competition Finals all on October 25th, 2026.

LOOK FOR THE LANTERN.

1. Visit the nominated restaurants listed below between October 9th-23rd and order the Veritable Cocktail Classic special recipe.

A portion of the proceeds of each special cocktail you order goes to benefit the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center and decides one of the finalists.

2. Take notes on each cocktail you try in your Cocktail Hunter's Handbook.

3. Once you've decided on a favorite - LOOK FOR THE LANTERN at all of the nominated restaurants. Scan the QR code on the lantern to vote for the bar/restaurant that made your favorite recipe.

4. The votes are tallied on October 24th and three finalists are chosen: the top two locations with the most votes, alongside the location that sold the most cocktails/raised the most money for the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center.

5. Once votes are tallied, join us at XYZ on October 25th for the COCKTAIL COMPETITION FINALS. Here you'll get to watch as the talent from each of the finalist locations competes live to win the Cocktail Classic 2026.
